Under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Sameer Al- Habashneh, president of the Jordanian Society for Science & Culture (JSSC), an advanced training course was concluded at the National Agricultural Research Center (NARC), and presented by Dr. Ahmed Boran, the TOT expert.
Dr. Nizar Haddad, the Director General of NARC, indicated that creativity at the workplace is a "must-have" quality, particularly in research institutions. "This training course is an approach for promoting creative thinking that leads to creative ideas". Haddad said. He also confirmed that human resources are the real asset for any institution, thus, investing in human resources is the most valued investment that creates positive impacts on the performance of the employee as well as generating independent thinkers and innovative people, who can lead to new ways and ideas to achieve goals.
His Excellency Dr. Al- Habashneh expressed his appreciation for the creative information presented to the participants on one hand. On the other hand, he valued NARC as an experience-rich organization and welcomed the partnership with NARC on different levels especially in capacity building and training programs.
